  1. Limitations

There are no situations in which Balambico would be liable for any type of damages (which still includes, without any limitations, damages for loss of profit or data due to an interruption in business) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Balambico ’s Internet site, even if Balambico or a Balambico authorized representative has been notified verbally or in writing of the possibility of any damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

  1. Refund Policy

a. Web Services: 30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once the first revision is completed. If not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once the performance has begun, web service design is considered completed 180 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

b. Logo Design: 40% cancellation fee when in progress, non-refundable once artwork is delivered. If not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once the performance has begun, logo design is considered delivered 180 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

c. Website Makeover Services: 30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once complete.

d. Website Care and Marketing Services: If you purchase Website Care or Marketing Services and Balambico has completed 1 or more request(s), during the billing period, your subscription is non-refundable.

If no requests have been fulfilled with the Website Care or Website services, you are eligible for a refund on

i) Annual Plans – Within 30 days of the date of purchase of any product or service.

ii)  Monthly Plans (any plan with less than a 1-year term) – Within 15 days of the date of purchase of any product or service.

  1. Automated Billing

By purchasing you are agreeing to automated billing per your subscription term. You may cancel automated billing at any time. You can choose to renew manually at that time. If you cancel your plan, you will not receive product updates or support.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After 60 days of non-payment, Balambico reserves the right to delete your site.

  1. Support

Email support is offered to authorized users via our client portal, and emails are answered in the order they are received during normal business hours. A ticket is created for every request, tickets will be responded to within 72hours. Clients on premium plans will also be provided support via zoom and WhatsApp.

  1. Transactional Emails

Balambico LLC may on occasion send you email notifications related to your Balambico account. These transactional emails may include notifications of subscription changes, changes to our terms and conditions, subscription expiration notices, and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Balambico.

  1. Acceptance

By purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.

Balambico can not be responsible for every website that may link back to this website. As it is impossible to review every site that might have a link to this site, Balambico is not responsible for all linking sites. Therefore, we do not freely endorse all websites that may have a link to this website on their website. We are not responsible for any issues these websites may have.
